Create your personalized night body oil

How would you like to feel as you head to bed?

And what about if you could make this desire reality!

"Calm, relax, excited, enveloping..." Recipe below

Personally, before bedtime, I make it a ritual to shower and set an intention for the emotions I desire when I slip under the covers.
Most of the time I want to feel cozy and warm.
But perhaps you feel swollen and you need to drain liquid and work on your blood circulation.
Imagine enhancing that feeling by incorporating the perfect aromatherapy into your BODY OIL .
The right fragrance and texture can elevate your experience and make this moment a unique experience and very beneficent.
For me it's not comfortable at all using thick oils while some of my clients just love it and sooth them. For me it gives me a very bad feeling, like an unclean feeling. We are unique, so choose the best for you.
The way you feel with the oil and essentials oil you chose is just as important as the benefits of the oils themselves.
Choose the oil depending your intuition, your test, the smell, the touch...despite what your heard about it.Trust me the benefit will be at the top.
"Our body is smart! Most of the time when you smell an essentiel oil and you feel good and attracted to the sense it's because your body needs it in some way."

You can even mix one or more together. Mixing essential oils with a base is commonly done to dilute the essential oils and make them safer for use on the skin. Essential oils are highly concentrated and can cause irritation or sensitization if applied directly to the skin. By diluting them in a base oil, such as a carrier oil or lotion, you can reduce the risk of adverse reactions while still enjoying the benefits of the essential oils. Additionally, mixing essential oils with a base helps to spread the oils evenly over the skin and can enhance their absorption. If you are interested in using in FOOD, have a look at my article.

It's better if you prepare your oil for 1 week or few days because you never know how you want to feel and need next week hahaha
Use a glass bottle to prevent oxidation and preserve all the beneficial properties of the oil. Opting for a dark glass bottle is even better, as it protects the oil from potential light damage. However, personally, I prefer to see the oil, so a transparent glass bottle works for me.
