Creating is my absolute favorite pastime!
I am proud to say, I don't copy recipes ! I actually rarely had a look at blog recipes, not because I don't believe in the talents of others, but simply because following a recipe feels boring to me. What truly excites me is the process of envisioning what I'm going to cook considering ingredients, anticipating flavours, and experiencing the MAGIC as it all comes together.
It's not just about preparing a meal, it's about crafting a unique and enchanting culinary experience.
And the most important aspect is that I make extensive use of clean ingredients.
What a clean ingredient Alex?
Clean ingredients" typically refers to whole, no processed foods that are free from artificial additives, preservatives, and other unnecessary chemicals ( the one you can't read on the food label )
These ingredients are healthier options because they are closer to their natural state and are less likely to contain harmful substances. Examples include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, spices, herbs...
Cooking, for me, is a form of therapy, a relaxing and exciting experience that is always different. I just realized that's the reason I love it so much! For the blog, I aim to create easy, tasty and fancy recipes.
I eat with my eyes so it has to look good ! Frenchy style quoi !
