I am actually not providing any diet to lose weight but a plan and ideas to regain your Vitality, Detox, find balance, and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling life. By adopting this holistic perspective, you're not only treating symptoms, you're investing in your overall well-being on the long run.
After that, you will probably lose some weight that don't belong with you anymore!
Bio-individuality is my foundational theory. It’s the idea that everyone has different needs. Just as we are all unique in mind, body, and spirit. We are also unique in the things that support our individual health, nutrition and happiness.
When it comes to diet, lifestyle, and what makes you happy, what works for you won’t necessarily work for your family members, friends, or coworkers.

There is so much confusing information and advice surrounding nutrition, I can answer your questions and help you focus on what actually works for you and what your needs are.

As I will help you navigate through confusing information, setting a specific time limit for our sessions is challenging for me.
There are multiple ways of doing it:

You might find value in multiple sessions with regular follow-ups, and we can schedule them weekly or monthly.
If you prefer, we can also share information through a PDF instead of an online session.
I am open and flexible on those options, let's find what works best for you.
Initial Consultation
Once you have booked your initial consultation, you will be sent an intake form to complete. The intake form will ask you about your current diet and lifestyle, health history and goals you would like to achieve by working with me. During the initial consultation I will answer your questions and work with you to create a "plan", not only about nutrition, but also breaking down which options best suit your lifestyle.
At this point, we'll determine together the optimal number of sessions based on your needs and schedule.
About Meal Plan
After our initial consultation, I will send you any resources we discussed during our session as well as a customized 5-day meal plan to detox your body before starting.
Follow-ups
I will reach out to you via email approximately one week after your initial consultation to check if you have any questions and see how you are doing with my recommendations. I usually encourage a follow-up consultation approximately one month after your initial consultation so that we can assess your progress and make any necessary changes to your plan.
