It's absolutly an Interesting topic right ?
"What does 'diet' really mean? To simplify, it's a specific way of eating, regardless of your goals or potential medical issues, and it's certainly not about following the latest trend or what your neighbor is doing.
In this post, I invite you to think about what makes sense for you personally, rather than what you think you should be doing.
Because I remind you
“One person’s food is another person’s poison.”
In other words, no one diet or lifestyle works for two people.
With this idea in mind, let's dive into the discussion.
HOW CAN SOMEONE FIND A PERFECT DIET?
Some people focus on being very careful about eating, while others have a more relaxed attitude toward food.
Some people are healthy eating animal food, while others thrive on a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Which is correct?
There is no right or wrong for this question.
It’s difficult to find substantive nutrition information. Bestselling diet books often disagree with one another. The more extreme the diet, the more copies it sells.
Its more about what your body can digest or no.Personally I'am not vegetarian but I don't eat meat if I don't know the source. Because this topic is very serious, too much toxines and hormones it's not grass fed.So yes it's better to be a Vegetarian than eating bad quality of animal protein.
I know what you are thinking right now but good quality is expensive. Yes that's TRUE, so eat less animal protein and ask yourself how important is your health ? Is it more important this beautiful pair of shoes or eating clean ? It's your choice. I'am not trying to make you feel bad but there is always an option and It's yours.
Don't forget that the choices you make about what to eat and how much to eat can have significant impacts on your overall well-being, making diet a critical aspect of health and lifestyle discussions.
WHO DO YOU RELY ON FOR GOOD, SOLID NUTRITION ADVICE?
Human beings, like every species, know that what they eat changes everything. Over time, people experimented, made mistakes, and slowly have started to realize that diets don’t really work.
You can’t tell people what kind of relationship to be in or what kind of movies and music they’re going to enjoy. Why is it acceptable to tell people what kind of food they should be eating?
Food must be about the individual, not about the theory. One person’s food is another person’s poison. Understand what foods you’re attracted to and why.
We are an intelligent nation, but we’ve outsmarted our own eating intuition. The last place we look to determine what to eat is inside our heart.
When people want to determine what to eat, they really need to look at and understand themselves.
The relation with food is key. What do I feel when I see food ? what behaviour I observe ?
Do I feel guilty? Do I enjoy every bite? Do I finish quick so it's done?
-Gender
Men and women eat differently. What works for women may or may not work for men. People can become ill by having certain dietary choices forced or pressured onto them.
-Age
People eat very differently at different ages. Consider the fuel you require to help determine your future.
-Culture
Everyone has a genetic predisposition to eat the foods from the country where their ancestors grew up.
What are your safe foods? What foods feed your body and soul?
-Cravings
Your age, culture, and gender also link to cravings. Understand how to deconstruct cravings by experimenting with similar foods or building small amounts into your diet.
There is no one best diet ! trust me. Working with so many diferent cultures, countries... I could observe a lot of confusion around this topic but the safest and best way to eat will always be EAT CLEAN
First of all, I don't recommend you to think about removing food from your diet as this can have a very negative impact on our daily habits.
Instead, focus on incorporating more nutrient-dense, whole foods into your diet, rainbow colors in your plate and the less healthy options will naturally begin to fade away. Remember, there's no need to put pressure on yourself.
Clean eating is all about nourishing your body with wholesome, natural foods while avoiding highly processed and refined products, added sugars, excess salt, and unhealthy fats. It emphasizes mindful eating habits for optimal health and well-being.
If you're unsure whether a food is considered "CLEAN," take a look at the ingredients label. If you can't read or understand the ingredients, it's not something your body can assimilate, so it's best to avoid it.
Try to limit your intake of packaged foods as much as possible, although I understand this can be a challenging task. The key is to strive for progress, not perfection.
Remember, it's not about achieving perfection but rather about cultivating awareness. The impact on your health can be significant.
A perfect diet is the one that leaves you
Energized, without causing fatigue or bloating.
The one will supports your body's natural functions and helps you thrive.
Be kind to your body, it's a complex system that doesn't respond well to fad diets or extreme restrictions.
